I look at how I can leverage emerging low-code and no-code technologies, such as what Automation Anywhere provides, to allow our customers and employees to focus on things that really matter. My goal is to overall be more efficient, more productive, and make people happier. If people are happier, they will work better!

I started off as a business analyst, and I've also worked as a developer. Now, as an automation leader, I love what I do because I have the opportunity to lead a team in solving complex problems through the use of technology. This frees up our employees' time employees to focus on their roles in creating and delivering medical devices that are saving or improving people's lives rather than administrative tasks.

When I started as a citizen developer, I loved knowing how a person thinks and approaches a problem or a task, and then seeing how an automation might do it differently. An automation could solve the problem exactly like a person with a mouse and a keyboard, but often it produces a smarter way to solve the problem that's far less prone to error.

I'm going on about six years of Intelligent Automation experience. My biggest achievement to date is that we've created a citizen developer team that is the flagship for the entire CoE in terms of citizen developing within Humana.

I find immense satisfaction and passion in my role as a developer, particularly in the field of Intelligent Automation. The ability to bridge the gap between complex business processes and cutting-edge technology resonates deeply with me. Every day, I am fueled by the prospect of creating tangible solutions that optimize operations, enhance efficiency, and elevate the overall functioning of an organization.
