Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window

  • Standard items: 30 days from delivery date
  • Defective items: 90 days from delivery date
  • Custom/special orders: Non-returnable unless defective

Eligible Items

  • Unopened devices and peripherals
  • Defective or damaged items (with documentation)
  • Wrong items shipped
  • Items with manufacturing defects

Non-Returnable Items

  • Software licenses (activated)
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Custom-configured systems (unless defective)

Return Process

  1. Submit return request through this portal
  2. Receive return authorization and shipping label
  3. Pack item securely with all accessories
  4. Ship using provided label or schedule pickup
  5. Refund/exchange processed within 5-7 business days of receipt

Refund Information

  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defective items)
  • Restocking fee may apply (15% for opened items)
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after receipt

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges processed faster than refunds
  • No restocking fee for defective item exchanges
  • Price difference applies for different models
  • Subject to inventory availability
